Tender Description
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt / Garrison) Directorate, Rawalpindi is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery and other related items for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement covers a wide variety of products including imported papers, envelopes, tags, paper clips, pencils, sharpeners, correction tapes, stapler pins, gum sticks, highlighters, registers, punch machines, stapler machines, scotch tapes, file covers, diaries, pens, markers, scales, calculators, printer toners, gift bags, packing sheets, invitation cards, and many more essential office supplies. Additionally, other items such as hygiene hand towels, cleaning liquids, batteries, locks, air fresheners, paper waste buckets, scissors, towels, phenyl, insect killers, brooms, toilet soaps, tissue papers, furniture polish, and LED bulbs are also included.
The procurement is managed by the Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt / Garrison) Directorate located at 190-A Sir Syed Road, Rawalpindi Cantt. The tender follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (amended). Eligible bidders must be local Pakistani firms or suppliers with valid GST and NTN certificates, active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and at least three years of relevant experience. Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government or public entity. For certain items, a press declaration certificate is mandatory.
The tender documents were made available on 8th May 2026, with the last date for submission of proposals set for 25th May 2026 by 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. All proposals must be submitted in hard form to the Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt / Garrison) Directorate at the specified address. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% bid security is required. Delivery of goods is expected within 10 to 15 days after purchase order release, with penalties applicable for delays.
