Procurement of Stationery Items and Printing for Social Security Hospital Islamabad 2026-27

The Punjab Employees Social Security Hospital, IJP Road Islamabad, invites bids through E-Procurement for the procurement of stationery items and printing services for the Social Security Hospital Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. Registered Sales Tax and Income Tax (Active) PRA suppliers with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities, and not blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI, are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - Printing Services Interested registered bidders can download the e-bidding document along with detailed specifications and instructions from the date of publication via the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the Punjab E-Procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login, and the PESSI website www.pessi.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 38 (1) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Both Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be uploaded on the E-Procurement portal as per format. Bidders must submit 2% E-Bid Security of the estimated price of quoted items in the prescribed E-Procurement System format. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The tender may be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the E-Procurement portal instructions and ensure timely submission of bids to avoid disqualification.
