Procurement of Stationery, Printing, Law Books, Uniform, Repair of Machinery and Other Store Items for FY 2026-27

The District & Sessions Judge, Faisalabad invites e-bids for the procurement of various stationery, printing, law books, uniforms, repair of machinery, and other store items for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027). This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the operational needs of the District & Sessions Courts in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Stationery A03901 - Printing A03902 - Law Books A03905 - Uniform A03906 - Cost of Store A03942 - Computer Stationery A03955 - Others A03970 - Entertainment A06301 - Repair of Machinery A13101 - Repair of IT Equipment A13703 - Repair of Furniture A13201 - Maintenance of Garden A13801 The procurement covers a wide range of items including general stationery, printing materials, legal books, uniforms, computer stationery, entertainment expenses, and repair services for machinery, IT equipment, and furniture. Maintenance of garden facilities is also included. The estimated total cost is approximately Rs. 27.55 million. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience in the relevant fields. Registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments is mandatory where applicable. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost through the online CDR deposit facility as prescribed by the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The successful bidder will also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value. Bids must be submitted electronically on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) before the closing date of 05.11.2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the meeting room of the court. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, inclusive of GST/PST. Interested bidders can download bidding documents from the ePADS and PPRA websites. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
