Tender Description
Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority invites e-bids from all manufacturers of furniture items in Pakistan registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. This procurement is under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through a framework contract.

The bid documents are available free of cost at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login, and the PDS & CEA website www.daanishschools.punjab.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The required 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 729,398 must be paid or attached online via PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
The last date for bid submission is Monday, 02 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are also requested to submit a hard copy of the technical bid to the purchase committee. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:40 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Eligibility requires registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements and timely submission through the online portal.
