Procurement of Stay Rods Complete Set by Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO)

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Material Management department in Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of Stay Rods Complete Set under Tender No. 4462 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the distribution network with high quality stay rods conforming to specification DDS-29:2008 (amended to date). Items being procured include: - Stay Rod Guy wire (1167 Nos) - Complete anchor set (1166 Nos) - Rod set (1167 Nos) The materials must strictly comply with the NGC/PPMC standard specifications. Bidders must be manufacturers with valid prototype approval or must obtain it from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC, Lahore before mass production. Prototype samples must be submitted within 30 days of contract signing. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages. Failure of prototype testing twice will result in disqualification and contract cancellation. Delivery is scheduled in two phases: 50% quantity within 60 days and the remaining 50% in the next 60 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Delivery locations include LESCO Regional Stores at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki in Lahore. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have at least one year manufacturing experience and six months supply experience of similar or higher capacity equipment, and meet financial and legal eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 27, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
