Procurement of 11 KV Out Door Kit 500 MCM by Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 11 KV Out Door Kit 500 MCM under contract reference P155286 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery scheduled to QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - 57 units of 11 KV Out Door Kit 500 MCM cable splicing kits as per specification P:184-86 (amended to date). The technical scope includes supply of high-quality cable splicing kits conforming to the latest applicable standards, with inspection rights reserved by QESCO and PPMC representatives at the manufacturer's premises. Stage inspections of raw materials and production processes will be conducted to ensure compliance. Bidders must be registered with PPMC (former PEPCO) WAPDA or any DISCO, hold valid sales tax registration, and have satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory, payable to CEO QESCO Quetta. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Original bid security must be physically submitted to QESCO HQ, Zarghoon Road, Quetta before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and may seek clarifications by October 26, 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability.
