The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Deputy Director (Civil), Parliament Lodges & Hostels (PL&H) invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance of Family Suites No. C-202 at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling brick work in lime or cement mortar - Providing, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and disinfecting PVC/uPVC pipeline - Pacca brick work in ground floor - Cement plaster 1:4 up to 20' height - Scraping white wash or colour wash - Preparing surface and painting with emulsion paint (first and subsequent coats) - Providing and laying ceramic tiles dado of specified size - Providing and fitting glazed aluminium windows - Providing and fixing chowkat for doors and windows in Deodar wood - Providing/fixing gas water heater (geyser) of 35 gallons capacity - Providing and laying prepolished marble slab for vanities/shelves - Providing and fixing M.S. grills fabricated with MS square bars - Providing and fixing PVC concealed switch kit boxes and face plates with switches - Providing and fixing copper winded exhaust fans - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DCs inverter type A.C. split units (2 ton capacity) - Dismantling and providing uPVC windows - Providing and fixing wall looking mirrors - Providing and fixing ceiling fans - Providing and fixing imported door locks - Providing and fixing PVC kitchen cabinets - Supply and fixing PVC/uPVC ceiling panelling - Providing and fixing curtains with best quality fabric - Providing and fixing wooden laminated flooring and skirting - Upholstery of sofas and chairs - Re-polishing and applying lacquer polish to woodwork - Providing and fixing imported wall lights, hanging lights, surface mounted SMD lights, wrought iron chandeliers - Providing and fixing vanities and bathroom accessories - Preparing plaster of Paris gola and wall paneling - Cleaning and scraping old wooden surfaces - Providing and fixing wooden gola and ducts - Providing and fixing gas cooking range and electric hood The scope includes all materials, labor, and workmanship as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. The work site is located at Parliament Lodges, Sector G-5, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR registration.
