Procurement of Store for Repair and Maintenance of Machines

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of store items required for the repair and maintenance of machines as detailed in Annexure 'A'. Items being procured: - Store items for repair and maintenance of machines as per Annexure 'A' Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, registration letters with government or semi-government organizations if applicable, attested copies of sales tax registration certificates and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade links between the firm and OEM if acting as distributor or agent, a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter, detailed lists of contracts and work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last three financial years, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for submission of tenders is 12 November 2026 at 1030 hours, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 1100 hours.
