Supply of Tea Material

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites E-bids on EPADS 2.0 from active GST registered firms for the procurement of Tea Material. The procurement is based in Lahore under the department of NESPAK. Items being procured: - Tea Whitener: 350gm Tea whitener Every Day or equivalent, Quantity: 9408 Pkts - Tea Bags: 25 Tea bag strip minimum 2g each bag, Tapal Danedar or equivalent, Quantity: 18816 Strips - Sugar: A grade Refine white Sugar in 1 kg Pack, Quantity: 4700 Kgs The scope includes supply of specified tea materials meeting the given specifications and quantities. Bidders must be GST registered and submit their bids electronically through EPADS 2.0 portal. Earnest money of Rs. 210,000 in the form of pay order/CDR/bank draft in the name of NESPAK is required. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day via EPADS at 1130 hours. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with Rule 45 of PPRA, 2026. The submission deadline is November 10, 2026, up to 1100 hours. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS portal. The procuring office is located at NESPAK House, 1-C, Block-N, Model Town Extension, Lahore.
