Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Inserts off Tks with 11 x Items as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for one year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and trade links between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent) must be provided. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with Govt or Semi Govt organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
