Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys and Girls at Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Minchinabad

The Government Secondary Special Education Centre Minchinabad District Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids for the procurement of students uniform for boys and girls for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for approximately 220 students enrolled at the institution for both summer and winter seasons. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 40,00,000 (Rupees 4.00 million only). Uniforms for girls include qameez/shirt (navy blue color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), shalwar and dupatta/sash (white color), black shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or service), socks (black color), slip/shameez (white color), shawal and jersey maroon. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt, Pant, Belt, Black Shoes, Socks, Vest/Bunyan, Tie, Jersey Navy Blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez/Shirt, Shalwar, Dupatta/Sash, Black Shoes, Socks, Slip/Shameez, Shawal, Jersey Maroon The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore has standardized these uniform items as per specification No: DGSE-DP-2022/Uniform/Spec/11305. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 2023) under a single stage two envelope mechanism. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and have relevant tax registrations. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 (5% of estimated cost) is required in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids will be submitted and opened electronically via e-PADS. The last date for uploading tender forms is 01-09-2026, and bids must be uploaded by 17-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Bidders must quote final rates inclusive of all taxes and deliver uniforms tagged with student name and class on a free delivery basis.
