Procurement of Students Uniform with Shoes Winter Season 2026-27 for Special Education Centre Faisalabad

The Special Education Centre for M.C.C. Faisalabad invites bids for the procurement of students uniform with shoes for the winter season 2026-27. This procurement is funded by the Government of Punjab for the current financial year 2026-27. Earnest money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 44,000) must be submitted in the form of C.D.R. from a scheduled bank in favor of the Headmistress Govt. Special Education Centre for M.C.C. Faisalabad. Uniform items with shoes are to be supplied in single (per student packet) tagged with student name and class, with free delivery to consignee's end. All taxes will be included in the quoted prices. Individual measurements and sizing will be carried out by the successful bidder. The bid security validity period is until 30th June 2027. Technical bids will be opened on 28.10.2026 at 11:00 A.M. Financial bids opening date will be announced after evaluation of technical proposals. The procuring agency will not be responsible for delays by the Treasury Office or for surplus stock purchase.
