Tender Description
The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) is procuring an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) under specification No. DS-01:2026 on a turnkey basis. This procurement covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 483 APMS units for pole mounted distribution transformers across SEPCO's jurisdiction in Sukkur and surrounding areas including Ranipur, Shahdadkot, Dadu, Naushero Feroz, Ghotki, Shikarpur, and Jacobabad. The scope includes APMS enclosures, smart metering and controlling devices, communication modules, and all allied accessories required for successful operation. The contract period is two months with delivery and installation schedules of 60 days. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, NTN, sales tax registration, and provincial revenue authority registration as applicable. Experience requirements include successful completion of at least one contract involving supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 483 APMS or 10,000 AMR/AMI smart energy meters within the last 10 years, with systems operational for at least two years.
