Tender Description
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab invites bids from well-reputed manufacturers, contractors, dealers, firms, vendors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Professional Tax authorities. This procurement is for essential disaster management supplies to be delivered primarily in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Tents (Single-Fly Canvas Cloth) 10,000 units
- Family Tent 10,000 units
- Life Jacket 10,000 units
- Plastic Mat 10,000 units
- Mosquito Net 10,000 units
- Portable Toilet 30 units
The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single-Stage Two Envelopes basis. The scope includes supply of high-quality tents made from single-fly canvas cloth, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets, and portable toilets with delivery timelines ranging from 3 to 15 days as specified. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide samples at PDMA Warehouse Lahore before the closing date. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, PRA, Sales Tax registration certificates, and registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar disaster management items will be advantageous.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 30th July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the PDMA office in Lahore. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted on or before the bid submission deadline. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
