Items being procured: - Frame Body Jig (1 Nos) - Swing Arm Jig (1 Nos) - Handle Bar Jig (1 Nos) - Main Stand Jig (1 Nos) - Step Bar Jig (1 Nos) - Side Stand Jig (1 Nos) - Brake Paddle Jig (1 Nos) - Rear Fender Jig (1 Nos) - Front Fender Jig (1 Nos) - Steering Stem Jig (1 Nos) - Seat Pipe 70L Jig (1 Nos) - Seat Pipe 100L Jig (1 Nos) - Back Stay 100L Jig (1 Nos) - Iron Box Jig (1 Nos) - Front Fork Jig (1 Nos) - Main Frame Jig (1 Nos) The technical scope includes high precision assembly and welding jigs and fixtures for major structural components of 2/3 wheeler electric vehicles. The jigs ensure accurate alignment and repeatability for welding and assembly, maintaining vehicle geometry and dimensional accuracy. Materials include mild steel, AISI 1040 grade steel, aluminum alloy, and epoxy/phenolic tooling plates. Machining processes involve CNC machining, milling, and shaping. No welding tacks are allowed on final fixture surfaces to prevent distortion. A golden sample component must be approved before final machining. Eligibility requires firms to be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers with valid NTN and sales tax registration. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and certificates of non-blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, BD, or PO is mandatory. Bids must be valid for 120 days and submitted in two envelopes: technical and financial proposals. The bid submission deadline is **13 Aug 2026 at 10:30 AM** at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila.
