Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Earthing, and Padding of Generators (30 KVA) for Regional Offices Bahawalpur and Sargodha

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum contract basis for the procurement, installation, commissioning, earthing, and padding of 30 KVA generators for its regional offices located in Bahawalpur and Sargodha. This tender covers the supply and complete installation services to ensure operational readiness of the generators at the specified regional offices. Items being procured: - Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Earthing and Padding of Generators (30 KVA) for Regional Offices (Bahawalpur & Sargodha) (Quantity: 2 units) The scope includes supply of generators, their installation, proper earthing, and padding to ensure safety and functionality. The work will be executed at the regional offices in Bahawalpur and Sargodha. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a). Eligibility criteria, detailed specifications, bid scope, and terms & conditions are provided in the bidding document available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. The bid security required is Rs. 250,000 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 A.M. on October 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place at 11:30 A.M. on the same day at the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
