Fabrication of FHD Outdoor Broadcast Equipped Truck with Allied Equipment for Pakistan Television Corporation Limited

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC) invites technical proposals under PPRA Rules [2004, 36(C)] [2026, 27(C)] through a Two Stage Bidding Procedure from registered and reputed firms authorized by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or foreign bidders for the procurement and fabrication of an OB Van/Truck titled 'FABRICATION OF FHD OUTDOOR BROADCAST EQUIPPED TRUCK WITH ALL ALLIED EQUIPMENT' under the PSDP project 'Revamping of PTVC'. Items being procured: - Fabrication of FHD Outdoor Broadcast Equipped Truck - All allied equipment related to the truck Specifications and terms can be downloaded from the PPRA website (https://ppra.gov.pk) and PTVC website (https://ptv.com.pk) or collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The original bid security as specified in the bidding documents must be submitted along with a sealed hard copy of the Technical Proposal. The sealed envelope should clearly mention the tender title and be addressed to the Controller Audit Chairman, Senior Tender Committee, PTV Headquarters Office, Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad. Technical proposals will be opened at 1130 hours on November 11, 2026, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals will be invited from pre-qualified firms at the second stage. PTVC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in light of PPRA Rules [2004, Rule 33] [2026, Rule 45]. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission before the deadline and to carefully follow the two-stage bidding process to avoid disqualification.
