Up-Gradation of Microwave Assembly Facility and EMC Test Facility (Semi Anechoic Chamber)

The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites qualified firms to participate in the procurement for the up-gradation of two specialized facilities located in Kamra, Punjab. The first facility is the Microwave Assembly Facility, and the second is the EMC Test Facility featuring a Semi Anechoic Chamber. These projects aim to enhance the technical capabilities and infrastructure of PAC to meet modern standards and operational requirements. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of Microwave Assembly Facility (Line Item 01) - Up-gradation of EMC Test Facility (Semi Anechoic Chamber) (Line Item 01) The scope includes technical improvements and modernization of the existing assembly and testing infrastructure. Firms must provide formal requests on their letterhead, signed by authorized signatories, along with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- for each tender. Additionally, copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN are required. Documentary evidence of company registration with PAC is mandatory; firms in the registration process may submit correspondence with the Directorate of Central Procurement (DCP). Tender documents can be obtained by hand or via email from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra. Submission of tender documents must be in hard copy, with soft copies forwarded via email. No firm will be considered without submission of all required documents duly signed. Firms must not forward tender documents to other firms to avoid disciplinary action. Past performance will be considered in evaluation. The deadline for submission is before 10:30 Hrs on 10 November 2026.
