Procurement of Tooling Items (FOR Basis) for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Tooling Items (FOR Basis) as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 45 working days after signing of the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last three years, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
