Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of tools and measuring equipment under Bid No. 4756/IT-7172/2026-27/HRF(T)/FOR(B)/SCM dated 12 August 2026. The procurement is on FOR basis with a delivery period of 3 months after signing the contract. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms. Bidders must be registered with HIT or provide necessary documentation for provisional registration. Valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and other eligibility criteria as per DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules apply. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is required with the bid. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal (with muted bid security) and Financial Proposal (with actual bid security). The bid validity period is 120 days extendable to 180 days.
