Procurement of Training Material for Auto & Farm Technology and Civil Technology

Govt. College of Technology (Boys) Sahiwal invites encrypted electronic bids under a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Procurement) and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax from Tax Department for the purchase of training material. Items being procured: - Training Material for Auto & Farm Technology - Training Material for Civil Technology The procurement is managed by the Govt. College of Technology (Boys) located in Sahiwal, Punjab. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically at the college address well before the bid submission deadline. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded on the e-Procurement portal. Bidders are required to be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide valid Income and Sales Tax registration certificates along with other documents as specified in the tender documents. Only accumulative rates for the whole tender will be considered for evaluation to determine the lowest evaluated bidder. The bid opening will take place at 01:00 P.M. on the specified closing date. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues. The college will not be responsible for any problems faced during the electronic submission process. Note: The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules. In case of any holiday announced by the government, the next working day will be considered for receiving and opening of tenders.
