Procurement and Supply of Textbooks for Academic Year 2027-28 by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement and supply of approximately 17 million textbooks for the academic year 2027-28. This re-tender notice is issued under Section 6(2)(b) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. The procurement is specifically for textbooks required by the Board in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Approximately 17 million textbooks for the academic year 2027-28 Bidders must submit both online Technical and Financial Bids via the KPPRA EPADS website accompanied by bid security as per bidding documents. Additionally, sealed Technical Bids along with paper/card samples and Bid Security at 2% of the quoted bid price in the form of a bank guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit from a reputable bank must be physically submitted in the tender box at the Auditorium of KP Textbook Board, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Both uploaded and hard copies must be identical and typed. Technical bids will be opened first and evaluated based on prescribed technical criteria. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a notified date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any government department, semi-government, autonomous body, agency, or organization. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Board's Standard Bidding Documents (BSD) can be downloaded free from the official websites of KP Textbook Board and KPPRA EPADS. Complete BSD sets are available upon payment of Rs. 3,000/- or Rs. 3,800/- including courier charges via bank draft in favor of Chairman, KP Textbook Board. Tenders must be submitted on or before 28-09-2026 (Monday) till 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs at the Board's office. In case of official holidays, the next working day will be treated as the last submission/opening date.
