Procurement of Training Material for DAE CIT, Architecture, DDM & GIII Courses at Govt College of Technology Women Sargodha

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites E-bids on a lot basis under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the procurement of training material at Govt College of Technology Women, Sargodha. The procurement covers training material for DAE CIT, Architecture, DDM (Dress Designing & Making), and G-III (FD and Beautician) courses. Items being procured: - Lot #1: Training Material for DAE CIT & Architecture Technology - Lot #2: Training Material for DDM (Dress Designing & Making) - Lot #3: Training Material for G-III (FD and Beautician) The estimated amounts for the lots are Rs. 312,818, Rs. 537,179, and Rs. 210,156 respectively, with corresponding bid securities of Rs. 15,640, Rs. 26,858, and Rs. 10,507. Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login by 11:00 AM on 12-10-2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A refundable bid security of 5% is required electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit separate E-bids for each lot if participating in multiple lots. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. This procurement requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
