Procurement of Training Material for DAE Computer Information Technology, Architecture, Dress Designing, Fashion Designing and Skin & Beauty Therapy

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under a single stage one envelope procedure for the procurement of training material at the Govt. College of Technology (Women), Gujrat. This procurement is for training materials related to DAE Computer Information Technology, Architecture, Dress Designing & Making, Fashion Designing, and Skin & Beauty Therapy. Items being procured: - Package TEVTA.GCTW/GRT/TM/2026/01: DAE CIT & DAE Architecture training material with an estimated cost of Rs. 810,000 and bid security of Rs. 40,500 - Package TEVTA.GCTW/GRT/TM/2026/02: DAE DDM, FD & SBT training material with an estimated cost of Rs. 745,500 and bid security of Rs. 37,275 The procurement covers materials required for the specified technologies at the college located on Shah Jahangir Road, near Police Station Saddar, Gujrat. Bidders must be registered for income tax and sales tax with government bodies and comply with PPRA rules. The bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligibility requires active NTN and GST registration or proof of exemption. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 05-November-2026 at 11:00 AM. A refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be attached/uploaded via CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of 'STUDENT SECURITY', Account # 6580231439100020. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is required within 7 days of award. All taxes, transportation, and installation charges must be included in the quoted rates. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per prevailing PPRA rules.
