Procurement of Training Material for DAE and Other Courses at Govt Institute of Leather Technology Gujranwala

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Agency (TEVTA) invites bids through the e-Procurement System under a single stage one envelope procedure from eligible bidders/firms/contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with Government bodies/departments. This procurement is for training material specifically for DAE and other courses at the Govt Institute of Leather Technology, Gujranwala, under prevailing PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Training Material for DAE & Other Courses The procurement involves supply of training materials essential for technical education at the institute located opposite NADRA Office, G.T. Road, Gujranwala. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable taxes and include transportation and installation charges in their quoted rates. A refundable bid security of Rs. 72,700/- is required in favor of the Project Director, Govt Institute of Leather Technology, Gujranwala, to be attached/uploaded at the time of bid submission through the Procurement System. Eligibility criteria include active NTN and GST registration, with attested copies to be uploaded. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award, in the form of DD/PO/CDR. The guarantee will be refunded after the defect liability period of one year following full delivery and installation, subject to satisfactory report submission. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Procurement System by 20-10-2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids submitted by any other means will not be entertained.
