Procurement of Training Material for DAE Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Instrumentation Technologies

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids for the procurement of training material specifically for the Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) courses in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Instrumentation Technologies at the Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala. This procurement is conducted under the single stage one envelope procedure through the E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Training Material for DAE Electrical Technologies - Training Material for DAE Mechanical Technologies - Training Material for DAE Electronics Technologies - Training Material for DAE Instrumentation Technologies The scope includes supplying quality training materials suitable for technical education in the specified trades. Bidders must be registered with active NTN and GST status and comply with all government tax policies. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award, in the form of DD/PO/CDR favoring Principal Govt. College of Technology (B) Gujranwala. The contract includes a defect liability period of one year after full delivery and installation. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Procurement System by 29-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Bid security of Rs. 47,379/- is required. All taxes, transportation, and installation charges must be included in the quoted rates.
