Procurement of Tubeless Tyres PSR/TE/011/2026 by SNGPL Peshawar-D

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Peshawar-D invites sealed bids for the procurement of tubeless tyres under contract PSR/TE/011/2026. Items being procured: - Tyre Tubeless size 205/70 R15 91H Traction (8 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 175/70 R13 91H Traction (2 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 155/80 R13 91H Traction (8 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 205/70 R15C radial 106/104 91H Traction (2 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 195 R14 91H Traction (4 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 255/70 R15 91H Traction (4 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 195/65 R15C Traction (4 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 205/70 R15C Traction (4 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 195/65 R14 Traction (4 units) - Tyre Tubeless size 215 R15C Traction (4 units) All tyres must meet or exceed UTQG standards with temperature rating A and speed ratings as specified, conform to ETRTO standards, and be manufactured within the last year. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the criteria including FBR registration and ETRTO membership for quoted brands. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
