Procurement of Two CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets with Installation and Integration

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad is procuring two Complete Built-Up (CBU) DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets) for its data center backup power needs. This procurement includes supply, installation, integration with existing infrastructure, testing, and commissioning of the DG sets along with related electrical and civil works. Items being procured: - Two (02) CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets with built-in 8-hour fuel tanks - Reprogramming of existing Deep-Sea Modules for independent generator-backed power paths - Independent external vertical fuel tanks for 24 hours continuous operation - Supply and installation of 4-core 95 mm² power cables for ATS/MOR DB to sitting area DBs - Supply and installation of 1-core 300 mm² power cables for Gen Set to LT Panel and LT Panel to Transformer - ATS and MOR distribution boards with 630 Amp ATS and 6x 250 Amp 4 Pole MCCBs - Dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation of existing 2 x 500 kVA diesel generator sets - Installation of new and existing generator foundations - Earthing and bonding of DG sets and associated metallic structures - Provision of rental generator 700 kVA during cutover or shutdown - Mobile generator DB with 1250 A MCCB - Civil infrastructure including construction of room over power room with paint, flooring, doors, windows, lighting, and ACs The scope covers turnkey execution including dismantling old generators, site survey, electrical modifications to convert synchronized DG system into two independent power paths, integration with SCADA, fuel system installation, earthing, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, and preventive maintenance. The generators must fit within a limited installation area of 232" x 386" and comply with data center standards. The fuel tanks must support 24 hours continuous operation at full load. Eligibility requires PEC category relevant to mechanical works, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience supplying and commissioning DG sets of 600 kVA or above. Bidders must submit bid security and comply with technical specifications including ISO 8528 G3 governing performance, brushless alternators, digital controllers with remote monitoring, and noise limits.
