Procurement of Uniform Items, Jerseys and Shoes for Special Students

The Govt. Special Education Center Khushab invites sealed e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) for the procurement of uniform items, jerseys, and shoes (winter & summer) for approximately 85 special students for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Girls Kit: Qameez with Monogram, Shalwar, Dupatta, Shameez, Socks, Shawl - Boys Kit: Pant, Shirt with Monogram, Banyan, Socks, Tie, Belt - Jersey (Boys & Girls): Navy Blue Jersey with Monogram - Shoes (Boys & Girls): Black Shoes (Service, Bata or equivalent) The procurement covers supply of quality uniform materials suitable for winter and summer seasons, including monogrammed clothing and footwear. Bidders must comply with technical specifications and provide samples of all uniform items and shoes before the bid closing time. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules with a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Each bid must include eligibility documents, financial offer, and bid security as specified. Eligibility requires submission of bid security at 5% of the estimated cost per lot in the form of CDR, along with an affidavit on e-Stamp Paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government department or PPRA. Professional Tax Certificate with latest payment challan is mandatory. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee at 10% of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order and deliver items within 30 days of the supply order issuance. Bids must be uploaded on e-PADS by 19-11-2026 till 10:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. All rates must be inclusive of prevailing taxes. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely submission of samples and complete documentation on e-PADS to avoid disqualification. Pay close attention to the bid security requirements and upload the original CDR before the deadline to secure your bid.
