Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt. Special Education Centre, Rajanpur invites e-procurement bids for the provision of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, following the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Uniform Items for Special Students The procurement requires suppliers to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax and Sales Tax). Bidders must submit bids through the e-procurement platform only. The total estimated cost is **PKR 900000/- (Rupees One Million only)**. A bid security of 5% amounting to **PKR 45000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand only)** in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) under Rule 27 is mandatory. The original CDR must be submitted in hard copy to The Headmaster, Govt. Special Education Centre, Rajanpur before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 8% of the contract value and execute a formal contract agreement prior to issuance of the supply order. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. The procurement process will be conducted strictly under Rule 38(1) (Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure). The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage prior to acceptance without obligation to justify the grounds.
