Procurement of Uniform Kits and Shoes for Special Students Summer and Winter Season 2026-27

The Govt. Rohtas Special Education Centre for VHC Jhelum invites online tenders through E-PADS for the purchase of uniform kits and shoes for the special students for the summer and winter season 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for 51 boys and 17 girls students. Interested firms registered with Sales/Income Tax, Professional Tax, and E-Procurement can participate by submitting their bids online. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter & Summer season for Boys and Girls Students The tender requires firms to submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the Deputy Director, Govt. Rohtas Special Education Centre for VHC Jhelum. The rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes. Firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bank guarantee of 10% of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order. The supply must be completed within 25 days from the date of the work order. The successful bidder must also provide lab test reports of uniform items from National Textile University, Faisalabad, according to DGSE Lahore specifications, at their own expense before distribution. Replacement of any defective or sizing issue items within 7 days is mandatory. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rules Punjab. The technical bids will be opened on the closing date in the presence of the procurement committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel tenders at any stage without assigning any reason. Bidders should ensure all tender forms are free from cutting or overwriting. The number of uniform kits may be adjusted according to student enrollment changes.
