Procurement of Uniform for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for H.I Boys in Sargodha invites sealed e-bids online through E-PADS for procurement of uniform items and shoes for the winter and summer seasons of financial year 2026-27. Registered bidders with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax registration, and E-PADS registration are eligible to participate as per PPRA Rules-2014 and its amendments. Items being procured: - Boys Kit: Shirt, Pent with belt, Jersey, Tie, Bunyan, Socks (Winter & Summer) - Jersey (Boys): Blue jersey - Shoes (Boys): Black Shoes (Bata, Service or Equal) The procurement includes supply of uniform items within the institute during office hours. Transportation charges will be borne by the supplier. The successful bidder must take sizes of students within 10 working days after grievance completion and supply uniform items within 30 days after issuance of the supply order. Late delivery charges may apply and bid security may be forfeited if terms are not met. A performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required before supply order issuance. Bidders must upload bid security/earnest money at 5% in the form of CDR in favor of the school on E-PADS along with the technical proposal. Tender forms must be uploaded on E-PADS by 27-10-2026 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and bidders' representatives. Mandatory documents include CNIC copies, proof of General Sales Tax Certificate, Income Tax Registration, Income Tax Active Proof, and affidavit on E-Stamp Paper of Rs.300/- confirming no blacklisting by any government department. Approved rates are valid until 30-06-2027. Interested bidders can download tender documents from the PPRA website and E-PADS portal immediately after issuance of this notice.
