Procurement of Uniform for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Headmistress of Govt. Special Education Center Lyallpur Town Faisalabad invites sealed e-bids online through E-Punjab procurement for the supply of uniform items and shoes for the winter and summer season of financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for students registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and follows PPRA Rules 2014 and subsequent amendments. Items being procured: - Girls Kit: Shalwar, Qameez with Monogram, Dupatta, Sash, Socks, Shawl, Shameez - Boys Kit: Shirt with Monogram, Pant with belt, Jersey, Tie, Bunyan, Socks - Jersey Boys: Blue Jersey - Jersey Girls: Blue Jersey - Shoes (Boys & Girls): Black Shoes (Bata, Service or Equal) The procurement covers supplying quality uniform items and shoes as per specifications for special students at the institute. Bidders must upload bid security/e-earnest money of 5% in the form of CDR in favor of the Headmistress Govt. Special Education Center Lyallpur Town Faisalabad on the E-Punjab portal along with the technical proposal. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure where financial bids will be evaluated based on total amount. Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC, proof of General Sales Tax Certificate, Income Tax Registration, and active tax status. Bidders must submit an affidavit on E-Stamp Paper of Rs.300/- confirming they are not blacklisted by any government department. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required before supply order issuance. Delivery of uniform items must be within 30 days after supply order issuance with transportation charges borne by the supplier. Tender forms must be uploaded by 13-11-2026 by 10:00 AM and bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and nominated representatives. Approved rates will be valid until 30-06-2027. It is mandatory to attach proof of sales tax and income tax submitted during FY 2026-27 along with the latest professional tax certificate with payment challan.
