Procurement of Uniforms Items for Special Education Students Rawalpindi

The Govt. Items being procured: - LOT-I (Boys Kit): Shirt (with logo), Pant with belt, Tie, Socks, West - LOT-II (Girls Kit): Shalwar, Qameez (with logo), Sash (Patti), Dupatta/Shawl, Socks (Shawl will replace Dupatta in Winter Uniform) - LOT-III: Shoes Kit, School Shoes Black Colour Boys & Girls - LOT-IV: Jersey Kit, Jersey (Boys & Girls) The procurement involves supplying standardized uniform items as per specifications mentioned in the bidding documents. The site of delivery is Rawalpindi. The tender requires firms to be registered with FBR and have valid sales and income tax registration. Earnest money in the form of 3% bid security of the estimated procurement cost must be submitted. The bidding documents are to be downloaded and submitted via the E-PROCUREMENT portal. The last date and time for uploading the tender form on E-procurement is 02-11-2026 at 10:00 AM, and the opening of tenders will be on the same day at 10:30 AM.
