Tender Description
The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (Establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II), Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of urology equipment under Package No 20, Lot-C, specifically the Holmium YAG Medical Laser 100 - 130 Watt on DDP basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) at G-11/3, Islamabad. The procurement is funded for the financial year 2026-27 with reference number P137097.

The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents, which can be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Alternatively, bids may be accompanied by a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/137097 for all interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement, and notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at www.ppra.org.pk.
