Procurement of Vehicles on Rental Basis under Framework Contract for FY 2026-27

The Directorate General Health Services Peshawar invites bids from eligible firms for the procurement of vehicles on rental basis under an open framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the Nutrition Cell with reliable transportation services in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Vehicles on rental basis under a Framework Contract for FY 2026-27 Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, utilizing the e-PADS electronic procurement system. Interested bidders can download the bid solicitation documents from www.kppra.gov.pk and www.healthkp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by the deadline of 09 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives. A Bid Security (Earnest Money) of PKR 300,000/- is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or other acceptable forms as defined by KPPRA, issued from the bidder's own account in favor of the undersigned. Bid security from third-party accounts will result in disqualification. Bids must be computer-typed, signed, and stamped by the authorized signatory. Any cutting or overwriting will lead to rejection of the affected items. Original catalogues or brochures should be provided where applicable. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and comply with all legal, taxation, and regulatory requirements. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
