Procurement of Velocity Barrel for Armoured Ballistic and Blast Testing Facility and Reloading Tools

Bidders must submit the following documents along with the tender: - Photocopy of Registration/Pre-qualification/Indexation letter issued by HIT - Attested copy of Registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificate - Audit report of last 3 financial years - Attested Bank Statement for last one year - Attested copy of CNIC of Managing Director - Trade link between firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) - Certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner stating firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any Government Organization - Details of contracts for last 3 financial years or work experience with Government or Semi-Government Organizations - Copy of registration letter with Government or Semi-Government organization (if any) - Postal order of Rs 2,000/- enclosed with Technical Bid in favour of Director Supply Chain Management, HIT Taxila Technical scope includes supply of high precision ballistic testing equipment and related tools suitable for armoured testing facilities.
