Procurement of Vessel Sealer and Cutting Attachments for Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS)

It features multiple current types, microprocessor-based technology, and comprehensive safety monitoring. The device must have a cutting power of 300 Watts or more, bipolar current power between 70-120 Watts, and be capable of sealing vessels up to 7 mm with low thermal expansion. The package includes a main generator with LCD panel/touch screen, reusable bipolar vessel sealing instruments (2 units, jaw length 17 cm or better), monopolar handle with surgical needles, bipolar forceps, grounding pads, footswitch, power cable, and an imported trolley. The equipment must be compliant with FDA 510K certification and at least one of CE (MDR/MDD) or MHLW certifications. A one-year comprehensive warranty with spare parts availability for 10 years is required, along with annual preventive maintenance and 24/7 technical support. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, no blacklisting, technical compliance with specifications, PEC registered engineers, OEM trained technical staff, and relevant certifications such as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and provide original bid security physically at PIMS Hospital before the deadline.
