Tender Description
The Livestock & Fisheries Department Government of Sindh invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers for the procurement of veterinary medicines, imported vaccines, instruments, and hospital tools equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the offices of the Director Animal Husbandry Sindh, Hyderabad, and its field offices operating under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry Sindh across multiple districts including Karachi, Thatta, Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Badin, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Matiari, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushahro Feroze, Khairpur, Sukkur, Ghotki, Kashmore, Jacobabad, Larkana, Qambar Shahdadkot, Dadu, Jamshoro, and Kohistan.

The technical scope includes supply of these items under non-development budgetary provisions for the current financial year. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require firms to provide proof of experience in supplying medicines, vaccines, instruments, and hospital tools for at least three years. Valid registration with DRAP, good manufacturing practices certification (cGMP), manufacturing/import licenses, raw material proof, SECP certificate, ISO certification, and FBR/ATL registration are mandatory. Importers must provide proof of production and authorization from original sources. Financial statements, audit reports, list of owned equipment, and a judicial undertaking regarding blacklisting status are also required.
Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the Online EPADS portal https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Animal Husbandry Sindh, Hyderabad.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original bid security of 2.5% must be submitted in hard copy before the deadline. The tender follows a Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules.
Key dates: The tender closes on 30th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Directorate of Animal Husbandry Sindh Hyderabad, Ground Floor Block-A, Shahbaz Building.
