Procurement of Services of Web Hosting Server for SMEDA Website

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) has allocated funds for procurement planned for the Financial Year 2026-27. SMEDA invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids for the procurement of services of a Web Hosting Server for the SMEDA Website. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement, specifically using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Items being procured: - Services of Web Hosting Server for SMEDA Website Bidders must submit proposals accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper of PKR 300 as per prescribed format. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/122260 and on SMEDA's official website www.smeda.org. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rules 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
