Renewal of Support and License Subscription for Web Application Firewall (WAF)

The Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from registered service providers for the renewal of support and license subscription for a Web Application Firewall (WAF). This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) V2.0 under the Single-Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules (PPR), 2004. Items being procured: - Renewal of Support and License Subscription for Web Application Firewall (WAF) Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement and have valid Income, Sales Tax registration, and active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of relevant tax authorities. The bidding process requires submission of technical and financial proposals electronically via EPADS. A bid security of PKR 1,000,000/- is mandatory, payable via Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Financial Monitoring Unit Government of Pakistan. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the procuring agency office before the bid submission deadline. The electronic bids must be submitted on or before October 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM at FMU Office, 2nd Floor, Main Building, State Bank of Pakistan, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Manual submissions are not accepted.
