Procurement of Welding Canopies for SNGPL Camp, Lakki Marwat

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of welding canopies to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/LKI/TE/029/26 with contract reference P108799. Items being procured: - Welding Canopy Attested size 36'x40', quantity 5 Nos, material: Heavy-gauge, Fire-Retardant Vinyl-Coated PVC - Welding Canopy Attested size 32'x38', quantity 6 Nos, material: Heavy-gauge, Fire-Retardant Vinyl-Coated PVC - Welding Canopy Attested size 36'x36', quantity 5 Nos, material: Heavy-gauge, Fire-Retardant Vinyl-Coated PVC - Welding Canopy Attested size 32'x32', quantity 8 Nos, material: Heavy-gauge, Fire-Retardant Vinyl-Coated PVC The welding canopies must meet technical specifications including minimum weight and thickness of 18 oz. per square yard and thickness of at least 20 mils, 24-hour waterproof resistance, ANSI/FM 4950 compliance, double-lock stitched hems with Kevlar/Aramid thread or continuous heat-welding, rustproof brass or stainless steel grommets at 24-inch intervals, and reinforced corners with double-layer webbing pads. Bidders must quote brand name and country of origin. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC category if applicable, FBR registration, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The delivery schedule is 15 days after placement of purchase order. Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoices. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to 10% of the delayed value apply. Performance bond of 10% of contract value is required within 15 days of purchase order.
