Bidders must submit a company profile demonstrating relevant experience and a sound financial position. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost, refundable, must be submitted as a Bank Draft in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad, before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 19 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee at Invest Pakistan's office in Islamabad.
