Promotional Material Supply and Installation for Special Investment Facilitation Council Division

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD) Islamabad invites reputed firms and vendors for the supply, installation, and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences, and seminars. This procurement is specifically for firms operating within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area, ensuring proper production and distribution facilities. Items being procured: - Promotional material for meetings - Promotional material for conferences - Promotional material for seminars Tender documents including the detailed list of items are available on the E-PADS portal and the official websites www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a profile of their company demonstrating relevant experience and a sound financial position to be considered eligible for the competitive bidding process. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost, refundable, must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Section Officer (Admn), SIFCD, Islamabad before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 12.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee in the SIFCD office. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the single stage two envelope procedure and ensure timely submission on the E-PADS portal.
