The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites electronic bids on EPADS from active taxpayers of manufacture, firms, companies, or suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities for two tenders. Items being procured: - Provide & Supply Endpoint & Server Protection (XDR) with Support - Provide & Supply Network Switches with Support The procurement involves advanced IT equipment including Endpoint Detection and Response (XDR) solutions and network switches, both with comprehensive support services. Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA and SPPRA EPADS websites. Bidders must generate the tender fee challan from the IBA website and deposit it at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Tender documents, including a copy of Bid Security/Earnest Money and supporting documents, must be submitted/uploaded on SPPRA EPADS portals. The original Bid Security along with the original bid (duly signed and stamped) must be delivered to IBA Karachi at the specified address before the opening schedule. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who may wish to attend. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. Eligibility requires active registration with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Only uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted. In case of contradiction between EPADS submitted bid and manually submitted bid, the EPADS bid will be considered valid. The submission deadline is September 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
