Provide, Supply and Install Interactive Screens with Support at IBA Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the procurement of Interactive Screens with Support at its Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi. This tender aims to acquire a complete Interactive Screens solution including supply, installation, integration, and one year comprehensive onsite warranty. Items being procured: - Interactive Flat Panel Display 75" (QLED 4K UHD, Multi-touch, Built-in Android 15, AI Whiteboard Software, Built-in camera & microphones, wall-mounted bracket, cables, remote control, stylus) Qty: 5 - OPS-CC-22 Windows OPS Processor Core i7 13th Gen, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Licensed Windows 11, Qty: 5 - Complete installation, commissioning, integration, testing and training, Qty: 1 job The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery to IBA Store, installation after office hours, integration with LED screens and desktops, and ensuring all items are genuine and meet specifications. A mandatory site visit is scheduled on October 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 120,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Eligibility criteria include at least three years relevant experience, minimum annual turnover of Rs. 12 million, NTN and STRN registration, OEM or authorized partner status, and no litigation or blacklisting. Bids must be submitted via SPPRA EPADS portal by October 30, 2026, 03:00 PM, with original bid security and signed documents delivered to the Security Office, Gate #4, IBA Main Campus. The tender will be opened on October 30, 2026, at 03:30 PM at IBA Main Campus in the presence of bidders' representatives. Payment will be made within 30 working days after complete delivery and installation. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required. Stamp duty of 0.35% will be borne by the supplier.
