Provide, Supply and Install SMD Screen

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) is inviting bids for the procurement of a high-quality SMD Screen to be provided, supplied, and installed at the Auditorium of IBA City Campus, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - SMD Screen (1 Each) with Cabinet Size W640mm x H480mm, Module Size W320mm x H240mm, Pixel Pitch P2.5, approx. 28.35 ft width x 14.17 ft height - SMD Screen Modules (approx. 240+ modules) - Extra SMD Screen Modules (15 Each) for spare stock - Processor 4K (2 Each) with one installed and one spare - LED Screen 55" (1 Each) commercial digital display floor-mounted in custom wooden enclosure with impact-resistant tempered glass - Fabrication work (1 Job) with 4-inch diameter MS pipes, grey oxide primer, black protective paint, installed 4 ft above finished floor level and 2 ft offset from wall with bracing - Installation, Configuration, Setup & Testing (1 Job) - Accessories and other necessary items - 05 years comprehensive onsite warranty with technical support The technical scope includes complete deployment, installation, integration, and setup of the SMD Screen and associated components. The fabrication involves a structurally reinforced framework with corrosion-resistant treatment and precise installation. Installation work will be carried out after office hours to minimize disruption. Only genuine and original items will be accepted, and substandard work or items will be rejected. The successful bidder must provide a 5-year comprehensive onsite warranty and technical support. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least three years of relevant experience, a minimum annual turnover of PKR 15 million, valid NTN and STRN registration, active sales tax registration, and OEM or authorized partner certification where applicable. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount is mandatory, submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favor of IBA Karachi.
