Providing and Applying Weather Shield Coating to Exterior Surfaces of Newly Constructed Female Hostel at H-10, IIUI

The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites sealed bids for the provision of works involving the providing and applying of premium quality Weather Shield Coating to the exterior finished surfaces of the newly constructed Female Hostel at H-10, IIUI, Islamabad. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is planned under contract reference P151203. The scope includes surface preparation, application of a high-quality water-based sealer/primer, followed by three coats of premium acrylic-based Weather Shield paint to achieve a uniform, smooth, and glossy finish strictly as per manufacturer specifications. The total area to be coated is approximately 39,764.28 square feet. Items being procured: - Providing and applying premium quality, 100% acrylic-based Weather Shield Paint coating of ICI Dulux on exterior brick masonry walls including one coat of high-quality water-based sealer/primer and 3 coats of premium Weather Shield paint The work site is located at Sector H-10 Campus, Islamabad. The contract requires completion within 90 days from the commencement date, which is expected to be November 30, 2026. Bidders must have PEC registration certificate of category C-6 or above, valid NTN and GST certificates, and provide 2% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on November 2, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical scope includes all labor, materials, scaffolding, tools, equipment, and surface preparation necessary for the application of the coating. The contractor is responsible for material testing and quality assurance. Maintenance period is six months post-completion. Liquidated damages of Rs. 3,000 per day apply for late completion up to 5% of contract value. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria.
