Providing Armed Security Guards Services for Main Head Office Building and Different Parks of Town Municipal Corporation Gulshan District East Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Gulshan District East Karachi invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, companies, and security agencies for providing armed security guards services. The contract covers the main Head Office Building and various parks under the jurisdiction of TMC Gulshan District East Karachi. Items being procured: - Armed Security Guards Services for main Head Office Building - Armed Security Guards Services for different Parks of Town Municipal Corporation Gulshan District East Karachi The contractor will provide armed security guards for 24-hour duties in two shifts of 12 hours each. A total of 60 armed security guards, 2 security supervisors, and 8 bodyguards (if required) will be deployed. The contractor is responsible for all liabilities including pay, allowances, medical, conveyance, house rent, SESSI, EOBI, GP Fund, and insurance. Monthly payments will be made through crossed cheque in favor of the contractor. The contract is valid for one year with the possibility of renewal. The contractor must comply with labor laws and provide proper uniforms and identity cards to all employees. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, Sindh Revenue Board, and experience of at least 3 years with a minimum of 2 projects worth Rs. 2 million. The firm must not be blacklisted or debarred and should have a renewal license for security services from the Home Department Government of Sindh. The tender cost is Rs. 3,000 and 5% bid security is required. Bidding documents are available on the SPPRA e-Procurement System EPADS. Bids must be submitted online only by 10:00 AM on 18-08-2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day. No manual submission or physical pay order will be accepted.
