Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Mianwali invites tenders from registered Firms and Contractors for the provision and erection of street light poles at Universty Road toward Hithi Khel Chowk in Mianwali. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA E-Tendering System in accordance with the latest PPRA rules.

The technical scope includes supply and installation of street light poles along the specified road section. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category/codes. Registration on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory for participation.
All bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Mianwali on the e-procurement portal before the tender opening. The original CDR/Pay Order must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the day of bid opening, half an hour prior to the opening time, to avoid disqualification.
The tender opening will be held on 2026-09-23 at 01:30 PM at the office of Municipal Committee Mianwali, where bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are genuine as submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting by PPRA and PEC.
